Availability
Some of the products displayed on the website may not be in stock. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Regarding order availability and confirmation this will be confirmed via email or a call.
A specific model of a product may be discontinued. When this happens, the product is automatically replaced with a newer model.
Payments
Delivered orders can be settled in cash, with cheques and Debit/Credit cards.
Orders can also be paid via the website.
Delivery details
KVH strives to deliver confirmed orders within 4 working days from the date of order, subject to product availability.
Free delivery on orders of €90 and above.
For orders under €90, a €10 charge applies.
Clients can also pick up their orders from the main shop at no charge. The shop is located in Vjal il-Haddiem corner with Triq l-Ghobbejra, RBT 1750, Rabat, Malta.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday from 8am till 3pm. Other times may also be arranged with the client as per request, at an extra €10 charge.
Appliance delivery
For appliance delivery up to the first floor, this will be free of charge.
If the appliance needs to be delivered to higher floors, additional charges will apply.
If the need arises for a lifter to deliver any appliances, we can arrange this at the customer’s expense. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange any permits with the local council.
A €10 charge applies for the collection of any old appliance.
Warranty
The duration of the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer of the product. All warranties will be valid only on presentation of any agreements, invoices/cash sale documents, or fiscal receipts.
Warranty becomes invalid in one or more of the following conditions:
- Abnormal environments such as insufficient ventilation, fouling up, flooding, fire,
- thunderstorms, impact, earthquakes, theft and similar conditions.
- Operating conditions not observed.
- Incorrect/improper installations.
- Removed or torn warranty tags
- Damage caused through misuse, negligence, power surges or fluctuations or other devices attached to the product.
- Service or repair being carried out by anybody else other than a service engineer authorized by KVH.
- Any unauthorized modifications both internal and external performed on the products.
- Liquid damage, acts of God, improper handling or misuse of products, accidental damage, damages caused by over and under voltages.
Warranty covers only hardware components. Software is not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
KVH will not be responsible or guarantee compatibility of products with other parts or peripherals.

Repairs or replacements under warranty do not give the right to extension or a new starting of the warranty.
Any replacement product may be either new or like new, or reconditioned, provided that it has functionality at least equal to the product being replaced.
Limitations of liability
To the extent of local law, in no event shall KVH be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage to any person or property.
KVH is not responsible for any loss of data while goods are in for servicing. Any backups should be taken by client.
Important safety instructions for all types of products
Please always check the instructions before use of products to ensure safe and correct use and compatibility. This information is to be found on any manuals/instructions provided with the product or on the packaging itself. If you find that the manuals/instructions or packaging lack necessary information, or you require more information, please contact us for assistance.
Placement
Always place equipment on a stable surface with adequate ventilation. Equipment may fall causing injury to a person and serious damage to the product. If a product has fallen, do not use it, and bring it to the KVH main shop so that our service personnel may inspect it for any damages or issues.
Power sources
Please ensure to operate all products requiring a power source according to the specific guidelines shown in the instructions/manual of the product or on the packaging itself. Do not overpower or underpower any products. If there is no information regarding power requirements of products, or you need more information, contact us so that we can provide this information.
Make sure to use the appropriate power supply that is bundled with the product. Do not operate a product with a different power supply.
Servicing
Opening a product or removing covers may expose you to dangerous hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel at our main shop.
Cleaning and moving
Always switch off a product and then switch off and unplug from the power outlet before cleaning.
Only use dry cloth for cleaning.
To move a product, switch off and unplug from the power outlet.
